RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read our Terms and conditions and other policies to get a better clarity and understanding on the usage of this site.

VISITORS TO THIS WEBSITE ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”). PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

We have a simple and hassle free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided that the following conditions are fulfilled:

    • All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the Customer may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the terms contained herein.

    • We will accept no Products if (a) the Products have been damaged by you (b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if the product is altered in any way, (d) if the product has been worn.

  • List of non-returnable products shall be Custom made products; Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you; Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion and/or Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

  • Please contact us on: 022-26399077/76, for any return / exchange within 2 days of the product being received. The return shipping charge will have to be paid by the customer or in certain cases our shipping partner will pick the return order who then have to be given the delivery charges at the time of pickup

  • All products may be returned or exchanged in thirty (30) calendar days from the date you received it.

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be approved subject to being unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. All the tags, labels, original packaging etc. should be intact and the garments should not be washed, used or in spoiled/damaged Condition. We reserve the right to decide whether this term is fulfilled or not and whether the product is approved for return or exchange or not.

    • Your item must be in the original packaging.

    • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase sent to us via email on : support@manishmalhotra.in

    • Please note that items purchased at www.manishmalhotra.in cannot be returned in a Manish Malhotra Store for exchange or refund.

The returns and exchange procedure can also be initiated through the Website by following the below mentioned steps:

  • If you made the purchase as a registered user, log in to your account to initiate the process.

  • If you made the purchase from the Website as a guest, please register on the Website using the same email address provided while purchasing the product so that your products appear in your order history. You can initiate the process of return and exchange only if the said product appears in your order history.

  • After logging in, select the relevant option to return or exchange the product.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting.

We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchange requests if the product doesn’t match the approval policies.

    • If the qualities check team does not approve the product, the product will be returned back to customer within 5 days of the product being received.

    • If your return is approved, the refund will only be in the form of store credits.

    • If the exchange is approved, you will be redirected to the relevant page to select new products for purchase.

    • Store credit only pertains to the amount of the purchase and not the shipping cost.

    • Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • If it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to us or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to provide the proof of delivery to us to establish his claim of return.

Delivery

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 30 business days to process and ship.

Our official courier partner is B-4 logistics , Mumbai, Website: www.b4express.com.

We ship from Mumbai India to all Territories in India except those PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner.  The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost and is exactly what you would pay.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery.

For International Shipping, local taxes of the country where the order is shipped might be applicable which has to born by the customer. Manish Malhotra or MM Styles PVT LTD is no way liable to pay these taxes.

If you are not home, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can then obtain directions on how to procure your order.

You could track the status of your order from the “My Account” Tab available on the Homepage of our website which shall give a personalised space to view and track all your Orders with us. Unless requested by the Logistics partner, we do not require a signature for delivery. We do not ask for any personal information from our customers at the time of delivery other than identification proof. Please be careful while providing any information to any person claiming to be an agent of www.manishmalhotra.in.
