JEWELLERY CARE
Ceramic is exceptionally durable for everyday wear but may chip or crack if subjected to strong impact or excessive force. Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, as ceramic may develop scratches despite its durability. Protect your jewellery from extreme or sudden temperature changes, which may affect the ceramic over time.
GEMSTONE CARE
Natural gemstones are precious and inherently delicate. They can chip, crack, or fracture if knocked against hard surfaces. Avoid exposing gemstones to impact, excessive pressure, or abrasive materials. Store gemstone jewellery separately to prevent gemstones from coming into contact with other jewellery, which may result in scratches or chips.
STORAGE
Store each piece individually in its provided pouch or a soft-lined jewellery box to preserve its finish and protect the ceramic and gemstones from damage.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Ceramic inlay jewellery cannot be resized, as altering the setting may compromise both the integrity of the ceramic and the craftsmanship of the piece.
CLEANING
Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, perfumes, cosmetics, and household cleaning agents coming into direct contact with your jewellery.

Return & Replacement Policy
For Orders within India
Products may be returned or replaced within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, and accompanying materials intact.
The original product certificate must accompany the return. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, tampering, or missing certification will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Please note that slight variations in colour, finish, texture, or appearance due to photography, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of materials are not considered defects.
All returns and replacements are subject to inspection and approval by the Brand. Requests made after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
For International Orders
All international sales of fine jewellery are final. Fine jewellery purchased for delivery outside India is not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.
Please note that slight variations in colour, tone, and lustre are a natural characteristic of fine jewellery and may appear differently depending on photographic lighting and screen settings.
